Creative Producing for People with Big Feelings

You’ve got the concept, the chaotic notes, the craving to make something happen. I’m here to help you do it—without losing your mind, your magic, or injuring yourself.

I offer producing services for independent artists, collectives, festivals, and organisations. From project managmenet, to strategic plans, marketing strategies, production logistics, and audience experience—I’ll help you hold the whole thing together. Neurodivergent-friendly. Queer-informed (well, actually I'm just gay AF). Emotionally literate. Seriously strategic. Sound-minded enough to know at the end of the day its just art.

💼 Let’s book a session, build a plan, and sort out the world together

Rates & How It Works

I offer producing support at different rates depending on who you are and what resources you have access to. Equity is built in—because we’re not all starting from the same place.

Independent Artists

From July 1st 2025:

  • $45 / hour — if you're self-funding or working without external support

  • $60 / hour — if your project has funding (e.g. grant or commission)

Organisations & Institutions

  • $60–$90 / hour — depending on the scope and complexity of the work
I’ll quote based on the project, team size, timeline, and responsibility level. Happy to tailor a package.

This is me. I contain multitudes (and spreadhsheet)

Arts Weirdos & Institutions I've made stuff with:

MPavilion Parkville, Science Gallery Melbourne, Buxton Contemporary, Centre for Projection Art, Testing Grounds, Site Works, ACMI, The Substation, Assemble Papers, RMIT University, University of Melbourne, Melbourne Design Week, NGV, Next Wave, Midsumma festival, Melbourne Fringe Festival, Rising, Multicultural Arts Victoria, Arts Centra Melbourne, ACCA, City of Melbourne... and more!

My method

I only do 80% of the work. On purpose. Why? Because perfection is a trap, and most creative projects die in the last 20%—choked by indecision, burnout, or twelve contradictory stakeholder emails. I believe in building just enough structure to keep things upright, but loose enough to let the weirdness breathe. You don’t need a flawless spreadsheet; you need a plan that lets you sleep at night and still make great art. I bring momentum, clarity, and just the right amount of chaos containment. The last 20%? That’s where the magic—and the mess—you bring kicks in.

GOALS: More.
             Time.
           For.
             This.
