You receive a beautifully designed gift card in the mail that you can write. personal message on the back of. A special code and email on the card lets the recipient know how to start the process.

We talk through the purpose, intention and feeling you want your event to have. I help you clarify what matters, what doesn’t, and how to shape the atmosphere, flow and details.

Around 45 minutes, IRL or online. Long enough to get clarity; short enough to be manageable during busy planning.

A bespoke written plan tailored to your event.
This includes feeling, intention, atmosphere, flow, key decisions, and a practical step-by-step outline.

What are the check-ins?

You can email me as your event approaches, for reassurance, questions, idea bouncing, entertainment options, equipment needs, or refining the details.

Do you plan or produce the event on the day?

No. This offer is for creative direction, clarity and planning support. If you’re interested in full producing, I can discuss options separately.

How long is the gift card valid for?

The 2026 calendar year.
